Privacy policy

Last updated: 24.06.2026

1. Who we are
This policy explains how Udyati Learning Spaces, the partnership firm that operates Oasis Art Studio, collects, uses, and protects personal data through our website www.oasisartstudio.com and our studio services. We are based at N.S.5 Munirka Marg, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi 110057, India. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at admin@oasisartstudio.com or 8448119430.

2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to personal data we collect through our website and in the course of running our classes, workshops, sessions, and events. By using the website or enrolling with us, you agree to the practices described here.

3. Information we collect
We collect the following:

Contact and enrolment details. When you enquire, book a trial, or enrol, we collect the name and contact details of the parent or guardian and the student, the student's age, the program and level, and scheduling preferences.

Health and learning information. Where you choose to tell us, we collect details of allergies, medical conditions, or learning needs that help us keep a student safe in class.

Payment information. We collect the details needed to process fees. Card and bank credentials are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.

Communications. When you write, call, or message us, we keep a record of that exchange.

Website and device data. Like most websites, ours records technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This helps us run and improve the site and is not used to identify you personally.

4. How we use your information
We use personal data to enrol students and manage their place, to bill and take payment, to plan and run classes, to communicate about schedules and studio matters, to keep students safe, to respond to your enquiries, and to improve our website and programs. We send marketing or promotional messages only where you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

5. Children's data
Most of our students are children. We collect a child's data from the parent or guardian who enrols them, and we process it only with that parent or guardian's consent. We do not track children's behaviour for advertising, and we do not direct advertising at children. If you believe a child's data has been given to us without proper consent, write to us and we will remove it.

6. Photography and student work
We photograph student work and the studio for our records and to show our programs. Where an image identifies a student, we seek the parent or guardian's consent first, and you may decline or withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us. This is set out further in our Terms and Conditions.

7. Payments
We take payment through UPI and online payment using Razorpay. Your payment is processed by Razorpay under its own privacy terms. We receive confirmation of payment and the details needed for our records, and we do not store your card or bank credentials.

8. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies to make it work and to understand how visitors use it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you do. [Confirm whether your Squarespace site uses analytics or any third-party cookies, so we can name them here.]

9. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the studio, and only to the extent they need it. These currently include our billing and records systems (Zoho), our payment processor (Razorpay), our messaging and email tools, and our website host. We may also share data where the law requires it.

10. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data for as long as you are enrolled with us and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, accounts, and legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. [Set a retention period if you want a specific one, for example three years after the last enrolment.]

11. How we protect your data
We take reasonable steps to keep your data secure and to limit access to the people who need it to do their work.

12. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or complete it, to have it erased, and to raise a grievance about how we handle it. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in certain situations. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the contact below, and we will respond within the timeframe the law allows.

13. Grievance contact
If you have a concern about how we handle your data, contact Ishveen Bhalla at admin@oasisartstudio.com. We will look into it and respond.

14. Links to other websites
Our website may link to other sites we do not control. This policy does not cover those sites, and we encourage you to read their own privacy policies.

15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date of the latest update shown at the top.
