Terms & Conditions v June 2026.
Terms and conditions
Last updated: 24.6.2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Oasis Art Studio website and the classes, workshops, sessions, and events we run. By using the website or enrolling in any of our programs, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website or book with us. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Udyati Learning Spaces, the partnership firm that operates Oasis Art Studio. "You" and "your" mean the person using the website or the person responsible for a student's enrolment.
2. Who we are
Udyati Learning Spaces, operating as Oasis Art Studio
N.S.5 Munirka Marg, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi 110057, India
Phone: 8448119430
Email: admin@oasisartstudio.com
3. The services we offer
We run skill based art programs for children and adults at the studio. These include graded programs for young artists, adult sessions, corporate workshops, private groups, and birthday sessions. Class structure, levels, schedules, and fees are published on our website and may be updated from time to time. Placement and progression for young artists are decided by assessment of the student's work, not by age alone.
4. Enrolment and booking
Enrolment is confirmed once we have received your booking and the relevant fee. A place in a class is held for a single student and is not transferable to another person without our agreement. Where a class has limited seats, places are filled in the order bookings are confirmed, and a waitlist may apply.
5. Trials
We offer a single paid trial class so you can assess the program before you enrol. The trial fee is set on our current price list. A trial does not hold a regular place. To secure a place after a trial, you enrol on the standard terms.
6. Fees and payment
Current fees for every program are published on our website. We bill through UPI and online payment, and we do not accept cash. Fees are charged per class at the rate for the program and level the student attends. A sibling discount of 10 percent applies where more than one child from the same family is enrolled. Fees may change, and we will give notice of any change before it takes effect.
7. Monthly billing and continuation
For ongoing programs, we bill monthly. Your monthly amount is the per class rate multiplied by the number of classes scheduled that month, so it varies with the calendar. A place continues from one month to the next on this basis until you give us notice to stop. By enrolling, you agree to this continuing monthly billing.
8. Missed payments
If a payment is not received, we send one reminder. If the payment is still outstanding 48 hours after that reminder, the place is released to the waitlist. We do not permit attendance while a payment is outstanding.
9. Ending enrolment and refunds
We do not offer refunds on fees paid. To stop future billing, give us notice at least seven days before your next billing date, and we will not bill you for the following cycle. In genuine medical situations or extended absences, we may offer a credit toward future classes at our discretion.
10. Missed classes and make-ups
Classes follow a set weekly schedule. A student may make up one missed class within each eight week intake, subject to a seat being available. Drop-in attendance is available only for the designated Art Explorers slots.
11. Attendance, drop-off, and collection
Please bring students to class on time and collect them promptly when class ends. Tell us in advance who is authorised to collect a child. We do not charge a late collection fee at this time.
12. Health and safety
Tell us in writing about any allergy, medical condition, or learning need that affects a student before the first class. We use art materials that are appropriate for the age group, and we ask students to follow the facilitator's instructions for safe use. Attendance at the studio and use of materials is at your own risk to the extent the law allows, except where harm is caused by our negligence.
13. Behaviour and conduct
We keep the studio calm and focused so every student can work. We may ask anyone whose behaviour disrupts a class, endangers others, or damages the space or materials to leave, and we may end an enrolment in serious or repeated cases. Fees are not refunded where an enrolment ends for this reason.
14. Student work, photography, and media
Students keep the work they make. We photograph student work and the studio for our records and to show our programs on our website and social channels. Where an image shows a student, we seek your consent, and you may decline or withdraw consent at any time by writing to us. We do not publish a student's full name alongside an image without your agreement.
15. Use of the website
You may use the website for your own personal and non commercial purposes. You agree not to use it in any way that is unlawful, that damages it, or that interferes with another person's use of it.

17. Your data and privacy
We collect and use personal data, including details about students, in line with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We use your data to manage enrolment, billing, scheduling, and communication. You have rights over your data, including the right to access it, to correct it, and to ask us to delete it, subject to the limits the law allows. 20. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under Indian law.
21. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date of the latest update shown at the top. Continued use of the website or of our services means you accept the updated terms.
